Senior Business Developer FMCG



1. Management :

Manage the assigned organizational unit in terms of people, performance, budget and working conditions in a way that enables the organizational unit to reach the goals.

Core activities:

  • Manage, set priorities and coordinate the timely and correct execution of the tasks.
  • Manage, coach and challenge the employees and/or service providers, in order to maximize their
  • Schedule audits of assets across all distributors.
  • Ensure a working environment that meets the SHEQ policies and legislation.

2. Relationship Management with Drop Point :

Manage actions and relationship with all kind of Drop Point that can receive LPR pallets. Organize collection’s conditions in order to ensure pallets recovery and decrease costs of losses or collection costs. Make business analysis, participate in the development of overall commercial strategy and take ownership of the selling process in order to acquire new business.

Core activities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key retailers in order to guarantee LPR acceptance and asset loss rate under control
  • Analyze collection and recovery of pallets and follow losses and KPIS per chain, group, drop points…
  • Ensure and control inventory and pallets stock into drop points.

 3. Coordinate Assets control :

Take care of LPR asset everywhere they are. Prepare legal actions if necessary. Implement contracts with pallets dealers.

Core activities:

  • Control the database of pallets dealers.
  • Identify black use and coordinate action
  • Check application of contracts if applicable.
  • Coordinate optimization of collection and balance cost against losses

 4. Business analysis :

Identify potential new business for LPR and support the selling process.

Core activities:

  • Identify opportunities and make reports to LPR sales organization to exploit them
  • Support the sales process by providing asset / operational data


  • Budget in  recovery rate, asset loss rate, collection performance
  • Budget in visits, calls, audits.
  • Inventories planning and results



  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in commercial or logistics management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language in which country the function resides,Arab and French in Morocco.
  • Work experience with the local mass distribution
